What was the difference? Can you tell visually any difference between the cards? The only thing I notice is the 1st printing didn't have the whole set?
-
I believe there were a few cards that had different brigades or slightly different abilities in the first print. also, all the URs had normal borders in the first print.
-
First printing TEC (the cards released at Nationals 2014) did not have card #s or the "R" or "UR" for the rares and ultra-rares.
Isaac is correct about the borders although it was just Evil Sacrifices and The False Prophet (the 2 URs from Phase 1).
The special abilities were also adjusted on a handful of cards and Seek and Destroy went from being Black/Brown to only Black.

Were there a lot more cards added to the second phase as well?

TEC was released in two phases.
Phase 1 was cards 1-72 and was released in two printings--Print 1 was released at Nationals 2014 and Print 2 was released after the mentioned updates were made following Nationals.
A couple months later, Phase 2 was released (cards 73-146) and "Phase 2 Only" packs were available for a short time before Rob eventually combined the two Phases into the same packs.

Thank you all for your help into making my website as accurate as possible. I'm almost done with the card lists finally and putting a lot of great info from you all in them.
