I think the biggest problem is that it is a CBN discard any 3 characters in play or set aside area, basically its a very general CBN battle winner, and then they added a stupid "cost" to it that has very little to do with game play.

You can only use it once, ever so if you're in a tournament you have to thing do I use this now or save it for the final round, not to mention if you're an idiot like me and build a 50 card deck with a plot in it and you rip said plot, congrats you just forfeited every game for the rest of the tournament cause your deck is no longer tournament legal at only 49 cards, and theres no sideboard in redemption so no adding a card.

That's not game play, that's having a card that whether or not you play it depends on your collection, and what deck(s) you have at a tournament, game play would be something that affects the game its in, not every game after the one you are in.
The last three major tournaments that I played in (NC Regional 2010, NC Regional 2011, Nationals 2011) I went 20-2 (With a Plot in the deck) and never ripped a plot. It's a great card, but it doesn't actually get played nearly as much as you might think.

I'm going to assume he didn't mention it because he didn't play T1 2P.
He played won T2 multi at Nationals 2010.Kirk
The biggest reason I hate Haman's Plot is that it really accentuates the rich get richer property of Redemption. If you don't have the money to use a bunch of plots in tournaments, you are at a huge disadvantage. I might not mind so much if you could only check in one deck at tournaments, but being able to check three copies of the same deck (and thus being able to use 3 Plots in one tournament) seems like a heck of a way to cheat the system using money.
