Rule #1: Play an appropriate number of dominants against Justin. My starting number is 67%, but sometimes 85-95% may be more reasonable.

Since most decks have Covenant of Prayer in them, 95% is selling yourself short!  Aim for over 100%!  Use Sing and Praise/Reverence and Awe/etc. to banish discard piles of other players after they've played some Doms against Justin   ;)

I usually save my discard banishment cards to use against Justin.  That's just one strategy, however.  ;)
