Class Formatting of DACs

Given the rising prevalence of DACs (A very good thing IMO) I wanted to bring up a potential concern with how the class of each is noted. Currently, if a DACs has the warrior or territory class symbol on the left side it applies to both sides by default. This seems like a problem in the future situation that you want to design a card that is warrior class or, more likely, territory class only on one side. Is there a plan for handling such a card with the current format?

I would prefer that we use the class symbol for each side and it only applies to that side, but that ship sailed a long time ago.

Sixth Seal / Terror is an example of how we handled a situation like the one you describe.

That works for DACs that are only territory class on the EC side but what if you wanted to make a DAC that was territory class on the Hero side and not on the EC side?

just throwing this idea out there, a possible solution is to somehow connect the class icons with the card type box with some sort of outline, background or bounding box.

Not only does Terror have the TC symbol on the right side, it also has it noted on the identifier line that "Evil Character is TC" -- I think that's what Gabe was referring to.

This issue is what prompted my earlier post about the WC symbol on Nephilim. On the surface, to new players, it looks like it is only on the EC side. It threw me off too because of the more recent DACs like Terror (as cited here) and others.

Oh I did miss that. Feels like every set finds something new to put in the identifier line.

Just be thankful we didn't decide to start putting modifiers in the identifier line...it was brought up...and quickly dismissed.  :o
