Does anyone know if the LS (Luke 15:13) places it's self in a site even if u don't search ur discard pile?

Yes. There is a "may" ability for all 3 "can do's".

Note: Please list the card's ability when posting what do they do questions.

Or at least post the name of the card. Nobody knows LS's by verse.
