Title: Booster Pack Wrappers

Back when I last played competitively, there was an offer that if someone sent in X amount of booster pack wrappers they would get another booster pack. Does that offer still exist, and if so, what exactly are the specifics on it again?

That does not exist anymore, It stopped a couple months ago :)
