The Evil character can play a negate or interrupt enhancement if the character is losing by removal (like being discarded).

Would the same hold true if losing by immunity, you then have initiative and could play an enhancement witch allowed banding .

Or you could play an enhancement that interrupts the immunity and then removes the character by any means or one that negates the immunity completely.

Interrupt
Last Updated: 10/10/2012
Released: 7/26/2011
General Description
An interrupt ability temporarily undoes a previously completed ability or set of abilities and suspends them while activating
other abilities on the interrupt card before the suspended abilities reactivate.

Immune
Last Updated: 2/19/2011
Released: 7/26/2011
General Description
An immune ability keeps the target from being affected by strength or special abilities on the cards to which it is immune.
How to Play
A card that is immune cannot be targeted by an ability that is on a card to which it is immune or on a card played on that
card. Additionally when comparing the strength of one character to the toughness of a second character that is immune to the
first character, the strength of the first character is treated as zero unless it is negative.
All immune abilities are ongoing. Immune abilities target the cards that gain the immune status.

Interrupt cards interrupt all ongoing abilities and the last instant ability, if I can get confirmation on this...but I dont see it in the new REG?

so technically Immunity is an ongoing ability that can be interrupted.
