One way is since you're a pastor you may be a part of a pastor's association. If so, you can introduce it to them and any youth pastors of their respective churches and see how that works. Maybe one or two would be interested and this will help knit your churches even closer.
If you have a method of outreach already in place for the low income population your church reaches out to you could piggyback on that as well.
