Sneak it into his deck when he's not looking.

Aside from SWS, I don't think there's a way to get it into territory.  Side battles, perhaps?

You could use some conversion, Stalks of Flax and other stuff to do some Tom Foolery.
Final ANB errata: Return player to game.

The way to get any EC into your opponent's territory is pretty complicated, but possible. First you have to exchange over SWS. Then, you need to band to that SWS and exchange it with whichever EC you were wanting in your opponent's territory. Doing this with Self can lead to some good results.

Is LoB in territory? Do we count Am slave's brigades? for number of brigades in play.
This is the way Lackey gave it to me. All hail the power of Lackey!

Land of Bondage is in territory, yes. I forget, however, if the brigades of captured characters are counted for anything.

Captured Characters keep all identifiers, lose all Brigades, and have their type changed to "captured Hero/EC." If they go to LoB (treated as a Lost Soul) they become neutral. If they go somewhere else (Raider's Camp for Heroes, Tartaros for EC's) they remain good or evil.

In the discussion about captured demons, someone mentioned that captured demons remained as an evil card.

That's correct, because they are never treated as a Lost Soul.
