You can look up any card with a special ability in the REG under card index as well. A few of the newest promos aren't in there, but most cards are.

And I am of the opinion that Jarius can work wonders in a Garden Tomb deck...

You can get the TGT People back with SOG and Jairus. Also It's white so he can use white enhancements
