Joshua (CoW) and at least one new Hero will take a Site/City and use it against you. There's a certain amount of risk/reward with playing a Site these days.
Okay, guess time: A hero that conquered cities, and needs a reprint. There's a small chance for David, but I doubt that, as the Shepard is already a great card. Same goes for most of the ones from II Samuel. Considering one of the new cities is Hebron and that he last showed up in FooF, I'm going to guess the other hero is Caleb, as he's one of the other great conquers in Israel's history.
