You're correct about only 1 card.

Ok, this requires more speculation further analysis.  Card 16 is a site, and card 27 is a DAE.  Everything in between is probably neutral, artifacts were already covered, and only 1 is a site or DAE?  Possible explanations:

1. Dual-alignment heroes!  Gabe did make a comment within the last month or so about Abijam being the only DAH...  ...as of now.
2. New card type! 
3. Duh, Lost Souls!  How could I forget about these?  Definitely some of these are Lost Souls.
4. The PTB included some non-neutral cards in this range to throw me off. 

How do you all vote???  I think it's gotta be a combination of 1 and 3, but this is 10 cards we are talking about!  Could a new card type be coming?

I dont think it is a new card type. I think the one was another site, I think at least 5 of those are new souls, considering the new ruling on souls in T1  and T2 decks. I would say maybe 2 DAH (maybe Lot and King Saul?). The other two, I dont know.

I was thinking possibly King Jehu for a DAH. 

I think Gabe said somewhere that there are 4 DAEs, so since two have been spoiled, if we assume there is 1 more site, then cards 29 and 30 are DAEs (instead of multicolor heroes), and there are 9 total DAHs and LSs.  And I'm sure most of these will be LSs.

we can only hope.. lol seems kind of appropriate with it being Hebrews to have a Saul/Paul reprint ^^ even though he is already really good. judging from the new Moses he will most likely be territory class.. have a heal ability with some sweet identifiers maybe still cbn enh and he is cbn lol xD

I would hope for lower numbers, maybe 7/8  or so for evil (black and grey) and 5/6 for good (either rainbow or clay, green, and white(maybe not the white), a TC heal, and cloud cards CBN or cards from the books he wrote CBN, and if blocking, discard a missionary with numbers 7/8 or lower.

One of the things we have been trying to do in this set, and in recent sets, is encourage the use of older cards, not just replace them.  Paul is good where he is, for the most part, and so we had printed support for him instead so that people could use that older card.  I also would say that a Saul/Paul reprint would never be anything but grey on evil, since he was a Pharisee and opposed the Sadducees

Why would Hebrews be appropriate for Saul/Paul?    While some have thought that Saul might have written Hebrews, it is unclear who did, and the differences in style make most scholars believe that was not Paul.

Maybe we will see behemoth finally. As some sort of neutral not quite a hero card? I just want to see a leviathan reprint and a behemoth card. The set utilizes animals so... hopefully? Maybe? Please?

So the only problem/ worry I have with the cloud characters is that it might not get much support in the future. They are taking all these cards from one chapter, and there isn't really any other place where this stuff is mentioned. I feel like this will kind of die off like priests(although they did get some pretty nice support in this set) and not really be used much and almost never have new cards in the future sets except for reprints.

You're absolutely correct! The cloud icon cards are unique to this set alone. A cloud based offense will be the new thing this year, and most likely competitive for years to come. We may print a new cloud card every once in a while in future sets, if we decide to revisit a verse from Hebrews 11.

We were very intentional about the design of the cloud cards to make them multifaceted. Almost every cloud based card is still useful outside the cloud theme. Even after the concept of a "cloud offense" is old hat, many of the cloud based cards will still see play in their respective themes and brigades.

I'm amazed you think priests have died off Isaac.. Look at my T1 Iron Man deck for 2015 under National Tournament Winners Cloud is going to have a hard time dying off even if there is no other set to print another cloud card (which I'm sure there will be) not to mention priests are getting an incredible boost here with just a handful of cards! Cloud of Witnesses it's easily turning out to be the most versatile set I think I've seen in all of Redemption's history! That's the beauty of it! It is almost entirely complimentary to nearly every deck type!! :-) Love seeing these spoilers! Keep them coming! ^^
