Updates on my prayer requests

Alright first things first, I am no longer dating the non-Christian as of Wednesday. I told him if he wants to date me again to start going to church and get saved. We are still good friends though (plus he keeps the creepy guys in my computer class in college away from me)

Grandpa is doing much better but he still isn't fully healed. He is still in danger of bloating up again and landing in the hospital so just pray that he stays better.

My aunt is currently in bed due to a back problem. My grandma is worried she might have thrown her back out because of ho much back pain she is having so keep her in your prayers.

Keep a bunch of my cousins in your prayers, I cannot say the reasons on why and how many cousins because I am not allowedb ut, it's bad lets put it that way and it's all different reasons for each one.

My dad FINALLY got another job in Tool and Die which is a good thing, if he hadn't gotten one over a week ago he would have gone into trucking the next day!

PRAY hard for me, I am going to church this Sunday and... telling the guy I've liked since highschool that I like him. Every other time I tried, nothing came out of my mouth sooo... pray for courage for me and also a good result. (AGH SO NERVOUS!!!)

Also pray for my churches college career group leader. He's not going to do a monday night bible study anymore just because only 3 people showed up, me and two of my friends. That's literally all that showed up! So just pray something happens.

Also keep me in your prayers as I am going back to Bible Quizzing. We are quizzing on Luke this year, I will probably post here when my church goes to an invitational in Ohio or Indiana.

Also pray I get a hold of my former youth pastor Shawn. I called his cell but he never called back, I'm hoping now that maybe we'll get to quiz at the church he is working at now and then I could talk to him.

This sounds great.  I thought at first that you made that decision based on allowing the truth of scripture and the Godly counsel of others to speak into your life.

Then I read this and realized that it is more likely that you made the decision to drop the one guy because you were moving on to someone else.  The outcome is still good, but the motivation is questionable.  I also generally recommend that a person wait for a while after a relationship ends before jumping into another one.  It takes time to heal and readjust, and rebound relationships almost always are doomed to failure.

If you've liked this guy for years, don't you think that it would be worth waiting a bit longer until you were at a place where the chances of success in your dating relationship are higher?

Luke is easier then Acts. Two years ago when I quizzed for the first time in my life it was Acts. Luke I find easier and less of a headache.

And as I said before my last guy was not serious. It didn't hurt me when I left him, it would've hurt if I actually had gotten serious with him. I had to make my decision whether it be this new guy who is a Christian or stick with a non-Christian who made it clear I'd never get him to go to church with me. Of course RR, I've seen the adverse true.  A guy will do most anything (if he thinks it will work) to get with a girl.  When she put her foot down, he may have taken notice.  Kooky, I'm glad you put your foot down, and I'm praying that God will direct your path.

9 years of marriage and my wife still scratches her head about me and I do the same about her. But we know and understand eachother far better than we did 9 years ago and we a looking forward to the next however many years God grants to us. My wife and I  are see things differently, think differently, act and react differently, but compliment eachother perfectly. God has had His hand in our marriage from the start and without Him we would have been finished. Just my thoughts.
