Released from the Hospital.
« on: January 24, 2009, 11:51:37 AM »

Last night I was out with some buddies. At about 2:30am I was leaving a particular establishment (was not drinking, by the way,) when I began to feel dizzy and loose all perception of time, space, location, and the objects around me; I just kind of hit the ground and somehow stumbled to my car.
Nathan, (Areon on here sometimes,) drove me back to his dorm building and I felt like I was okay. Then, getting out of the car, I lost consciousness again. When I came too, I found my feet and walked to the sidewalk; then fell again. Twice more in the grass up to his dorm. Four times (at least) up four levels of stairs. Went to bed, figured sleep would set me right, then I got up to go to the bathroom. Next thing I knew I was being shaken and was in a completely different part of the room. Got checked into the hospital and they ran some tests, finding nothing. Don't know if I got slipped acid or what.

How tired were you? I've had a similar experiance where I just went step, step, fall, wake up a bit later. It didn't hurt to fall but was insanely creepy.

I call this "waking up from a nap"
But seriously, stay on top of that! Very serious. I used to pass out when I was young. The doc gave me medicine for epilepsy and that fixed it. How old are you? Did you know, your brain isn't fully formed until you are 25?

Well, see, the strange thing about it is that it wasn't a "I feel weak and I'm falling" but I didn't necessarily feel high either. Whatever it was, it was something mental that was making me loose perception of where and who I was.

If someone had slipped me drugs (via drink for example, though I don't remember drinking anything that night,) I would have felt high, not consciously displaced.

I almost did that during school once

I didn't feel tired, nor weak, My body just said No and made me fall. Odd on the who I was part though. That didn't happen to me. Anyways glad to see you are out of the hospital.
