Few people on this forum knew Joe Joiner, but he was the one who introduced me to Redemption back in the C/D/Warriors days. We played Dragon Dice together, and he knew I was a pastor, so he told me about this great game he had discovered. While Joe didn't play much after that, obviously I took to the game and have been playing ever since. (So he's the one to blame for inflicting me on the Redemption community!)
Joe had been battling a brain tumor for years, and two nights ago he finally lost his battle with the disease. From our conversations over the years I believe Joe is home with his Heavenly Father now, released from his pain and suffering. Please remember his wife Paula and the rest of his family in prayer as they go through this time of sorrow and loss.
