Title: Prayers for Healing and Stability
Post by: Chris on February 01, 2014, 05:54:03 PM: Late last night I was jumped walking from a friend's house back to my place. I was sucker punched on the right side and hit the ground, hit a few more times, and my phone was stolen. I was able to wave down a passing vehicle who happened to be the University Police and they ended up catching the guy who did it. It was a very, very long night (it happened around 1:30am and I didn't get back to my building until about 10am), but I'm okay. A tooth is knocked out, my glasses are broken, and I have three stitches around my right eye, but all in all I'm okay. Prayers for healing and mental/emotional stability in the next couple days would be wonderful. Also, prayers for wisdom while I examine the possibility of pressing charges would be great as well.
