Protection of Jerusalem
« on: August 31, 2011, 03:11:17 PM »
No, this is not a thread about the card that goes to the Rulings Section.   :)

However, I hope everyone is aware of the circumstances concerning Jerusalem/Israel these days.  If not, please go find out.  Then pray.  Pray hard.   :prayer:

Could you post a link or something? Google News didn't seem to bring up anything significant...

The UN is voting Sept 21 on a palistine statehood. With Jerusalem being divided in half as the new capital.
We will be going home to Jesus soon!

It's a good thing the UN can't do anything about it. Oh, did I mention there was already supposed to be a Palistinian state? They are just voting to decide if they should do what they already said they would do.

Shouldn't we want a 51st state? They're in the middle east, they must have oil and stuff... maybe it'll fix the economy.

Then again we'd have to remake the flag, which would ruin all the economic advantage.

I support Palestine as the 51st state (or 59th if you agree with Obama about how many states we already have).

But in all seriousness, these are perilous times for our allies and brothers in Israel. Psalm 122:6

Wait is this a joke, or are we considering making them our 51st state?

Between the jokes I can't tell what is actually happening.  ::)

Puerto Rico already has dibs on being the 51st state. Palestine would be the 52nd state, unless Guam beats them to it.

Guam will never be a state.  They'd have to start following all our labor laws.

I'm sorry. I live in Florida. Could you enlighten me as to what "labor laws" are?
