Mom & Friend's Family
« on: August 23, 2010, 07:08:43 PM »
Hey all, I haven't ever asked for prayer on here, but tomorrow my mom is having a cyst taken out of her sinuses. It's a routine procedure for the doc, but my mom is a little nervous.

Also, please pray for the parents of one of my friends. They and their son (Bryan) go to my church. Bryan passed away on May 28th, much to our surprise. He was 14 and going to be a sophomore in high school. His mom dropped him off at a Rec center in Willard, MO (where they live) and as his mom was pulling out, his 3-year-old niece saw him collapse in the parking lot. Bryan went into ventricular arrhythmia (basically his brain told his heart to beat faster, and went into shock). They tried to resuscitate him but it didn't work.
I'm sorry I crammed 11 cookies in the VCR.

My condolence and prayer for your friend's family during this difficult time. May they feel the comfort that only God can bring.

I pray also for a problem-free surgery for your mother, and a quick recovery.
My wife is a hottie.

Thanks YMT!

Everything went fine, no complications or anything, so it's all fine.

It was very sad saying goodbye to him, but there were at least 8 people who accepted Christ because of it. It's not about how long you have, it's what you do with the time you do have.
