Pso, let me tell you something. I get that you want to help her, and I'm in a similar situation myself. My "Kyla" is making a lot of terrible decisions and she is actually doing things (not just threatening to do them). I want to help her. But here's the thing: you can be well-intentioned, but do the wrong thing and actually end up hurting her. Sometimes, if you really want to help someone, you have to seem to abandon her. Don't actually abandon her, and don't stop praying or doing what you can do help her without her knowing, but don't "be there for her" either. All that does in a situation like this is hurt you, and perpetuate her dramatics.

And I want you to know I'm saying this out of empathy, not as some person who doesn't know what's going on trying to give you advice. If you want to actually help her, stop what you're doing (which obviously doesn't work anyway) and focus more on prayer and your own life.

I meant wager that it's a cry for attention and not a real threat.

Also, by feeding the cry for attention, you encourage her which ingrains into her unconscious that she wants to kill herself.
