My good friend Alexa just got back from Honduras safely.

If you don't read the news, there is currently a coup de'etat going on in Honduras. Alexa was supposed to be doing a medical internship there but the hospital she was supposed to be working in had a bad outbreak of swine flu.

That's good that she got back alright. We were supposed to send a team down there (including some of our students) on the 9th... needless to say, that got canceled. Keep praying for the people of that country.

I actually might be heading back down there with her. Probably not a good idea right now though; with the way Obama's handling this, I'm sure they'll start to hate Americans just like the rest of the world does.
