Knee injury

I could use some prayer for a knee injury I suffered Monday night. I was playing basketball and twisted my knee pretty bad, it's the same knee I tore ligaments in a couple years ago, and I'm afraid I may have done something similar this time as well...

Thanks guys, it was pretty sore this morning, but I am able to get around wearing a brace right now. I just have to be very slow and careful with going up/down stairs, getting in and out of the car and not shifting my weight the wrong way. It's simply weak and very unstable, but hopefully I should be able to continue getting around.

It's also a bummer because I'm going to have to give up any kind of athletic activity for several months I'm guessing...(and basketball is one of the things that gets me through MN winters... :-\)
