Rd 1 - Chris Fachmann - 6-5 Time Win
Up until this point, Chris has done nothing but roll all over me in T2. I've decided I don't want that to be the case. We enter into a pure slugfest, trading blocks left and right, banding to each other's defense and all sorts of things. Ultimately, Ehud was the only thing that kept this game from being a stalemate, letting me get up to 6 before time is called.
Rd 2 - Tyler Stevens - 7-2 Full Win
I got turn 1 Moses and Golden Calf. Tyler wasn't able to mount any significant offense and I used Confusion on a key card that slowed him down even more. His defense wasn't able to set up either and protected Gideon and Moses ended the game with like 4 and 2 counters each.
Rd 3 - Shon Sievers - 7-0 Concession Win.
Shon was playing a loaner deck and it did not go well for him against Chris and Tyler. He opted to concede to give us both a break since I'd already beat Chris and Tyler.
I really love T2. I think the average T1 player is overly intimidated by the format and that's an attitude that needs to stop. The average T2 deck is running fewer multiples than ever, and I'm convinced that someone could find success in T2 running no more than 2 of any one card.
