It has been a while since I have been on but here is the gist of what is going on.
Jay Chambers (Red) is helping me host a tournament this Friday and Saturday, February 24 and 25 in Dunlap, TN. This is a charity event going to the local women's care and pregnancy center. We will be playing 3 events as follows:
Friday will be Type 2 - 2 player
Type 1 - multiplayer
Saturday will be Type 1 - 2 player.
This is a special event with a lot of perks. The Saturday event winner will receive a complete 24 pack box of Cloud Of Witnesses. Friday's events will have bigger prizes also.
Right now, we have many items donated including:
2 Champion Playmats, 2 Hardees Gift cards, 1 McDonalds gift card, 3 Noah's Ark Promos, deck sleeves, deck boxes, a J deck pretest for the set, 1 of every pack ever printed (including Limited, Womens, and Warriors) extra Cloud Packs, and a multitude of other prizes. Other items are on the way.
I Would like to make this a yearly event since all the proceeds are going directly to a charity.
Breakfast will be served Saturday Morning. Sleeping at the church has been arranged. Doors will open at 4:30 center on friday with deck checks beginning at 5 and play starting at 6. breakfast served from 7:30 to 8:30 with deck checks starting at 8:00 and Gaming starting at 9:00.
For all of you who don't want to leave after Saturday's Events, we will also see who wants to have a booster draft. This will be separate from the tournament so call it funzies. We might find a prize for this too.
