Guess Nats will come down to which kind of TGT deck wins.

Speed TGT?
Stonewall TGT?
Herolite TGT?
Rogue TGT?
CBN TGT?
Deck discard TGT?
Hand discard TGT?
Defenseless TGT?

I vote for TGTless TGT deck.    Why bother playing the card yourself if everyone else is going to play it for you to use.

Its actually rather simple.  Open your cards.txt file and paste in the two lines of text necessary to add the two promos and put the two images in your pics folder and you are good to go.

I believe he is referring to the very strict "can't activate two artifacts in the same artifact phase" rule, which U&T "broke."

He is also forgetting the all-powerful implied restriction rule: "Unless otherwise stated..."

Except that you've been allowed to activate two artifacts within the same artifact phase since Patriarchs.
