Can anyone tell me how the tourneys work with being on Sunday mornings (church times)?  I can't enter most tourneys because they interfere with my church times...

It'd be very unlikely for tournaments to be Sunday mornings, for the exact reason you mentioned.  Most morning tourneys are on Saturdays, did you possibly look down the wrong column on a calendar?  A quick run-though of the Cactus schedule shows only one Sunday tournament (and it doesn't begin until 2pm).
