If there is a tie in both score and lost soul differential, the winner should be determined as follows in my opinion. The judge should look at the opponents that were played against by both players. The player who won against the highest ranked opponent wins the tie.

Do you give it to Player A, who faced more top tier opponents, or Player B, whose opponent's were at the top of the top tier? Quality versus Quantity.
