I am from Carthage, MO...but I have been in Ohio for about 14 years. My suggestion would be to teach other people how to play and build a playgroup.

My main opponent quit playing because I destroyed him with my self-capture deck awhile back.....

Just start out with two starter decks and play them. When he feels he is more comofrtable with the deck, upgrade it but then show him why you did what you did and play with the other souped down booster. Then once he gets comfy, you slightly mod your deck and make it a little better than just have him try and build his own deck and gradually do it.

It was my cousin. He was no noob, as he built an offense to specifically target my Philistine defense..... He just wasn't offensively prepared.

My group is in Bolivar MO and we have some good players and some still learning.  We just started doing tourneys back in april and had a great turnout. if you know of any one or can bring a friend to my group you get a free pack we also have some packs for sale.

Sounds good, I'll try to bring my cousin, but he may be busy..... I have a few friends I might be able to bring.

P.S. Is it just a pack for bringing any amount of friends, or a pack per friend?

Red and white. Sibbechai and Elhanan were his main guys, since this was before RoA came out.

@adamfincher, where is Moberly in relation to Springfield?

Keep your eyes out for Clinton Missouri's tourneys and I am trying to get a group going in KC. I am taking medication so that I can stand playing type 1.  ;)

Let me know if you can 'stand' playing Type 2. Our group of four loveth to play type 2.

Yeah, I quit. But I came back after a year of meditation and am annihilating you every game! \m/(>.<)\m/ You must learn patience young padawan. And by using an Angel offense to defeat you, that proves that true, I am no noob. Although, I am no master. In training I am. ;-)

Also, you really need to bring that deck back. I want to see how I would do against it now.

I find this quite funny seeing how it was I who brought him into Redemption and I who got him hooked. I must admit though, 75% of my strategies are stolen from him, which in turn have probably been stolen from these boards. XD

Last time I checked, 5-4 is not an annhilation. And all of our recent games have been decided by one Soul. So annhilation is too strong a word. Plus, you are beating decks that I'm just goofing around with.
