Is Bryan still active?  With the way things are going here, this might be my last time I can come down south for his tournaments (either state or regional).  I hope he'll get them up soon.

Nothing is planned. As far as I know there are intentions to do a State and a Regional tourney but nothing is set in stone.

I will host 2 or 3 tournaments. State, Regionals, and maybe a district.

I just need to pick some dates.  Put in your conflicts now and I'll see what I can do.

I plan to have the tournaments as soon as the new cards are available.  Before that point, several players here often meet for a few hours on Sunday afternoons to play a game or two.

Not next Sunday.  There is a preschool open house that day.

But probably the next Sunday.  We usually meet from about 1:00 to about 4:00.  Sometimes we it is more like 1:30 to 4:30.  Contact me around the 24th and I'll let you know the schedule for the 26th.

My July's booked.  If you could possibly have one at the end of June, I might be able to come.

What day do the new cards officially come out? And if it is before the 26th, will you have them for sale when the playgroup starts? =D

I don't know when they will be available.  I'm going to order them as soon as they are available.  I should have them within a couple weeks of ordering them.

Last I heard was July 1, so I planned to have the tournaments starting then.

But if Chris wants to come to one of them, maybe we should have our first one at the end of June instead.  We likely won't have the new cards by then, but we can hope.

I'm thinking about 15 or 17 for booster draft.

Maybe we'll do a Tin draft where everyone gets the new Tin?  That could seem quite ... foreign. :)

We're looking forwards to seeing our Redemption friends too, now that school is out.

Bryon, let us know if the playgroup is next Sunday, too, we'd love to join you.

Also, aside from Field Day June 22-23, we expect weekends to be free this summer.

Please don't based your decision on me.  If anything comes up that requires finances (e.g. car trouble (which we have been having lately)), I might not be able to come down at all.  Nine hours of driving is a lot of gas :).

As of now, the July 4th weekend we are going camping and them my non-blood brother is coming home for a week from the military and he's not sure which week it will be.

We're meeting this Saturday!  Chris Bany is visiting.  We will probably start at about 9am and go through the evening.  We might start later and begin the day with a little hike.  Plan on a dinner break for In-n-Out.

I may put together an impromptu local tournament if interest is high.  Otherwise it will be Redemption and board games for most of the day.

We can discuss major tournament dates at that meeting. See you Saturday!
