One of the changes being suggested by Rob is to eliminate the requirement for all categories at a District. You would have to just plan for at least 5 categories (although I hope this changes to 4).As of now, you would need to provide supplies yourself. I would recommend finding a distributor in your area.
If you mean a bookstore, then you could try to hold tournaments in the store and have the participants purchase the supplies from the store.I was referring to regional distributors who may offer discounts. I think Rob just changed it to four required events for district.
4) For District I will require only 4 events. For State and Regional events I am only going to require Hosts to offer five events and only two specific events are mandatory for District, State and Regionals...
