Title: Potential Local (possibly unofficial)
Post by: jbeers285 on April 06, 2014, 07:47:56 PM
If I hosted a tournament that didn't allow cards with the words cannot be negated, cannot be interrupted, cannot be prevented would people attend?

I would also ban FBTN hero's and evil Characters.

Any thoughts?

So you mean a normal tournament? Because there are no cards that contain the words CBN, CBI or CBP.  In fact I don't think those are actually words at all.

Maybe create a new category based on these principles.

I am curious; are you considering this new category because these types of cards make the game more confusing? Or what is the reason?

i'd consider attending, but then can it be an online tournament since i'm from the southeast? and are you playing type 1 only? or would you be running type 2 as well, I need to know so that I can build decks that work in both environments, and before I start building these decks, please let me know which other cards or strategies you plan on banning.  It almost sounds like what Steve Braun used to term retro tournaments where you could only play using limited/unlimited/prophets cards.
