I know I had the regional last year so if some one else wants it feel free to speak up.

I have been given a go ahead to plan a date to use the New Hope ministries building for an over night event again. They have several bathrooms, shower access. (It's only one but if people don't abuse it we can get a lot of people through still.). It has rooms where women who want a secluded place from the general sleeping room to use if they wish. We could accommodate one or 2 married couples who may want a slightly more private room as well.

I need to get potential dates set soon if we want to go ahead with this option. Any group leaders who plan to bring people please let me know dates soon or I will end up just picking one that works best for me :-) (so selfish I know sorry)
