Title: Possible GA district

I can host a district within 8 weeks at my place which is thirty mins north of Atlanta. I would do both 2 players and both multiplayers, and everything would be during a different time so you can play everything. I could do it friday night, finish saturday, or an all day event. Only thing I need to know is the last time I held tournaments I lost a lot of money, if I can just come out to just losing $10 or maybe breaking even I can keep hosting tournaments. With this being said I would charge $8 as a flat fee and you can play everything. Would I have enough participants to where this does not hurt my wallet? Please let me know by this week so I can do an application for it. I would only need six people to come to break even which is awesome with me. Can we get six people though?  :'(

Depending on the date, you should have 3 or 4 from Knoxville.

Chris whenever is a good time for you within 8 weeks or so. Andy, I know you can not make it no matter what though, thank you for posting though.

Ok so 3-4 TN guys and Clift, is 4-5. I will do it on a weekend where Eric and Daniel can come as well. Also I am sure Josh will come and maybe Logan so that could be a decent turnout. Looks like i'll send in the application once I get paid. When is a good weekend in 7-9 weeks?

Hey Tyler not trying to rush you or anything, but maybe the two of us need to throw around some dates.  I'd like to try to have a district every month but I've been really slow at turning in the forms.  I might try to do one the last week in April and then would really like to try to do one every month excluding the month I have State and potentially Regionals.  I just don't want us to have one on the same weekend as I'd love for you guys to come to mine, and me and the guys come to yours as well!
