For the boosters I am allowed to choose from for the event, are TeXP and Disciples boosters allowed to be selected? Thank you very much and God Bless.

Unfortuneatly not.

If you consider the types of cards you can get out of TeXP and Disciples (let alone that they have more cards and more 'rare' or equivalent cards than normal foils), you'll understand pretty quickly why they're not allowed
