Awesome!  I'm not positive that it's going to work out, but I'd say there's a 60% chance I'll be there, and a 40% chance I'll be bringing at least a couple guys with me.  I'll update the percentages as I find stuff out :)
Yes. Please try to have a final number of people coming (and staying overnight) by tuesday or wednesday of that week so I can get any supplies I need for breakfast that morning.
At this point there is now a 85% chance that I'm coming.  There is a 75% chance that I'll be bringing 3 guys with me as well.  I'll know more on Tue.

At this point there is now a 90% chance that I'm coming.  There is an 85% chance that I'll be bringing 4 guys with me as well (DJWT from here on the forum, K'Shawn, Jake, and David).  This will be the first real tournament for all of these guys, so I'm glad that they'll get to have it with such a good group of people like I know will be at OH State.

There is now 95% chance I'll be there, and 90% chance I'll be bringing 5 guys (DJWT, K'Shawn, Jake, David, & Hyun Tae).  If we leave right after school (4pm EST) and it takes 3.5 hrs to get there (7:30pm), can you wait for us to start Booster Draft?

Yes, we may play a round of Type II multi before you get there....

You can all stay at the church so that is no problem.

Any idea what you want for breakfast?

Hey Matt, I was hoping to play type 2 multi.  It turns out that I can go tomorrow night but I do have to work during the day so I'm not sure I can make by 5:30 (the time you need to start to finish by 7:30?).  This wasn't going to be a problem because you had it starting at 10:00 previously.  I think I could get there by 8:00 give or take some depending on work tomorrow.  Hope this works out.  Looking forward to seeing everybody.

P.S.  where is the post where he is 99% sure that he'll come and 95% sure that he's taking 6 guys with him?  I think its like lightspeed - he keeps getting closer but not quite there

Well This pretty much seals the deal.  We have someone who was wanting to play Type II multi so we have to abide by the schedule.  I will hold off as long as I can on on starting, but we have to get people home at a reasonable time.

So far we have Mark +5 coming at 7:30
Jonathan coming at 8:00 for type II multiplayer.

I dont know what we will do but we will try to accomodate as many as possible.

Actually you have multiple people wanting to play Booster who would really appreciate you backing up the schedule by 30 mins.  And since Booster is a bigger event, it would make sense to have it when the most people could be there.  I'm not asking to switch the order of the events, I want Jonathan to get to play T2-multi as well.  But I think it would be worth finishing a bit later to get everyone in, especially a group that has traveled over 3 hours to get there.  After all if it gets too late, people can crash at the church right?

Speaking of which, as for breakfast, I'm sure that whatever you come up with will be wonderful.  Beggars can't be choosers, and besides teenage guys will eat anything :)  Of course I wouldn't complain if there were some cinnamon rolls.

I think something along that line can be arranged.....  ;)

and you are right.  I am leaning much harder toward jsut delaing it until you get there.  Now I will have to start by 7:30 regardless.  I cant wait all night.  just get there as quickly and as safely as you can.

I can play all night, I got no problem with that.. I just hope others can be as flexible.... ;D

Dont forget we are also doing Sealed deck in a round robin formatt.  If any of your group wants to do that as well, then they can get their games in during the type II multi rounds and during the night at the church if they want.

Getting ready to put in a bid for Regionals.  If you plan on attending please let me know of any preferences you may have.

June 11-12
June 18-19
June 25-26 (East Central Regional in Knoxville, TN)
July 2-3
July 9-10
July 16-17 - Unavailible
July 23-24
July 30-31

Right now, June 11-12, July 9-10, July 23-24, July 30-31 stand out as good dates for a tournament.  Remember we are also trying to sneek a KY State Tournament in here somewhere as well.

Mark, Please give us any information on that as soon as you can.

June 11-12  Summer school won't have started yet, so no KY students
June 18-19
June 25-26 (East Central Regional in Knoxville, TN)
July 2-3
July 9-10
July 16-17 - Unavailible
July 23-24  My daughter's birthday so I wouldn't be able to make a trip.
July 30-31  Summer school will have ended, so no KY students
Mark, Please give us any information on that as soon as you can.
July 9-10 seems like a great weekend!  As for KY State, I can work around whatever schedule you end up with.  I could just put it on one of the other open weekends.

July 9-10 is too close to VBS for us. I hoped we could have it at Crosspointe. If we did have it at Crosspointe, July 2-3...

Maybe I will just put in a competing bid and start the Southwest Ohio Schism of 2010...

I would be glad to have MW Regionals at either Matt's or Travis'.  July 2-3 would be ok for a date, but you might run into conflicts with people having 4th of July plans.

The conflict with July 4th would be my big problem as well.  Both my father and my mother in Law have birthdays on July 3rd.  I can go in June  but not that weekend.  are there any other weekends that work out well?  I really need to put in this APP asap.

Just go ahead and schedule it at your place. I am going to be iffy for that weekend but it is as good as any for my playgroup. Most of them can drive and those that can't live in Trenton. I will help if I am available that weekend...

Awww, you really like me.  You really, really like me :)

By the way, any chance that you could match up T1-mp with Sealed on Fri night, instead of with Booster on Sat afternoon?
