The rumor for midwest regionals is that they will be held on the 26-27th of June  so if you hold KY state then, I will probably not attend.  If we do a regionals, that is the only weekend we can do it in June.  I will let you know more when it becomes official.

Hmm... I'm hoping to be able attend midwest regionals if there in Ohio. So I will be leaning toward KY States 19-20 but I still have to coordinate that with Mark.

I completely concur.  We do not want to compete with our brothers from the North, and if they get the regional June 26th-27th, then we would probably also head up that way.

As for KY states, I think that June 19th-20th is the best time to go for at this point (depending on site location availability which I'm still working on).

mid = Middle
Middle=Centeral

Assuming that you are talking about the East Central Regional (which KY is eligible for), then no it does not mean that we won't host one.  That decision hasn't been made yet, but if we host the Regional, then it would be in July and would therefore not conflict with this.

Hey Matt, I might have missed this but, did you say what your schedule is for your May district tourney?

No, the schedule I have back a couple pages is for the local that I just had.  I havent thrown up a schedule for the district or the State Trounement yet.  I will post it here and all the usual supects will get a PM with the schedule when I get around to thinking about it seriously.  It will be a few weeks.

Schedule will be adjusted as needed depending upon attendance.  If the participation is low in some categories we will shorten the number of rounds in order to get out at an earlier time.

Type A will take place during Type 1-2 Player and will run according to the same schedule ast Type 1 - 2 Player.

I can't wait.  I will most likely be playing T2-2 player, T2-Multiplayer, and T1 Multiplayer.  My wife will probably play the same catagories with maybe sealed deck for the first event.

Yeah me too.  But I might play in type II multiplayer too.  It depends upon how many are there.

I have bad news folks.  I will likely be unable to host the Ohio State.  My original dates have already been taken and I cannot use my home church to host it.  I tell you all this so that if someone else is willing to host the tournament, that they can go ahead and pick up the ball that I dropped.

Sorry guys, I am still trying to find a way to get this done, but I thought I would be fair to you all and let you know that I am currently not able to host it at my church and do not have the application in yet.  so if anyone else wants to do it, please go ahead.

Jacob mentioned he won't be able to run the tournament in May which is dissappointing but I hope he'll think about doing one later.  I look forward to seeing you all the next couple weekends! 

I think that Matt originally mentioned May 22-23rd as the date for Ohio State.  I'm sure it is flexible; I think May 30th would work as well.  If Matt still wanted to host it but just needed a location then maybe something could be worked out.  Of course Travis will also do a good job at hosting.  Either way I really hope we get it and don't hesitate to ask for help.
