Is there a chance you're rescheduling your vaca?
SCOTT......
Actually, it would be three drivers.... which is much more viable than two. If we can get Prof or Scott to go, things would be perfect.

That could make a significant difference, yes.I also just realized that by August 11, I will have had my license for over 6 months, which I just looked up means that I can drive with up to three passengers under the age of 20, a number that happens to work perfectly. That would make 4 drivers! 6 hours per driver makes for a much smoother trip, especially if we alternate at every stop.
I've offered to buy whoever is driving the night shift coffee .
Come fly with me. $300 round trip
Quote from: everytribe on May 17, 2010, 04:32:19 PMCome fly with me. $300 round trip I'd definitely do that, but I would really rather drive, being as it'd be half that round trip. if need-be, I will.

NEW UPDATE: I am on the phone with the MJB and JSB right now and we are discussing the possibilities of taking a train and/or bus instead of a car. New information will be available shortly...
Okay, so MJB just looked up Greyhound, and it turns out that they have a route going directly from Minneapolis to Boston. It would be $184 per person for a round trip and it would take 34 hours each way. Here are a few of the pros and cons:Pros of GreyhoundFree Wi-Fi and power outletsMore comfortable (or at least more spacious and less sweaty)No one has to driveMJB, JSB, and possibly a few others will be able to comeCons of GreyhoundAbout $100 more expensive per personAbout 10 hours more driving time
