This tournament was an interesting one, so I might as well post my part of it.

I missed T2 Multi because I was coming from the Boundary Waters. Was there for booster.

Booster Draft

Draft (Martin Miller and Nathan Voigt):
Cards of note:
A New Beginning
Ship to Cyprus x2
Unity in Christ
Michael (Kings)
Paying Tribute
Joseph before Pharoah
Emperor Claudias
Moses Kills the Egyptian

It was an absolutely sick draft. 50 card deck, and I was ready.

Round 1 (Hobbit and Martin Miller):
I jumped to a quick lead walking all over Martin with Michael, 4-1-2. Nathan wasn't drawing much for lost souls, but Martin always drew just enough. Then he got Nazzy (I think I was at 2 or 3 at this point), and I had to attack with green. I couldn't win the battle so I dropped the ANB and was able to get a few more. Problem was Ship to Cyprus did nothing because of Nazzy. I drew tons of souls off of ANB and then was a candy shop, although stopped Martin once with Emperor Claude to even things up. Martin ended up wasting a bunch of stuff on me when he drew a non-nazzy lost soul, but blocked my RA, and Nathan wins. 4-5-3

Round 2 (Jeremiah Thiessen, Brandon Stewart, and Sauce)
Walk ins all around. Jeremiah won. Emperor Claudias and NT Lost Soul made for a perfect defense for awhile though. 4-5-3-4

Round 3 (I honestly don't remember at all)
I don't remember. I think I won? At this point, I was pretty tired from playing and sleeping in a tent for the past week...

Also, had a penny in my wallet. The bill was $7.51, so I used the 50 cents for a tattoo in case I played somebody fun in T1. Loser gets a tat.

Went back to the church, realized I forgot a sleeping bag, so I snuck into my grandparents house and fell asleep on the couch. They didn't mind.

T1-2P
Round 1 (Thomas Hunter's brother)
I felt really bad this game...I was playing disciples at first, and it was his first tournament. He couldn't do anything against my Philly Garrison, and it wasn't long before my offense walked in. 5-0

Round 2 (Tim Maly)
Hated this game. Switched to my 70 card Watchful Servant deck, and would have won had I had 3 more minutes, but Tim effectively stalled to time us out, 1-3. He had no deck, no hand, no evil characters, and three heroes that couldn't do anything to me. He did make some mistakes that might have cost him an outright win though, so I'm fairly thankful for a 1-3 final. Especially because it's Tim.

Round 3 (Anders ??)
I saw him playing disciples earlier, and since my 70 card should stomp disciples, I was happy. When I sat down to play him, I noticed his deck was too thick. It was 63 cards. Hate that. Stopped him cold, 5-2, with one minute left to play.

Round 4 (Britta Alstad)
Ugh. I was hoping to finally play a speed deck, since I built the deck against it, but she was playing a 70 card deck as well, and mentioned she hadn't decked with it yet. I played as quickly as possible, and made a crucial play at the end to ensure the victory. She had Chariots, but I left Lampy up, so I had to Philistine Priests it to make sure she didn't get all her heroes back. I couldn't do anything with Philly Priests though, so I played Grapes. I had to deactivate Lampy and drop Mayhem, discarding Chariot with A-Bomb. 5-2

Round 5 (Martin Miller)
Loser gets a tat. We shook on it. This game was for first place, since Martin had beaten Tim. I was somehow able to speed through my 70 cards. He rescued early and I banded to his Damsel, and he had Brass Serpent. Win. Don't want to give away his deck, but I was able to stop him. 5-2

1st: Myself
2nd: Martin Miller
3rd: Neil somebody

Team Chobo
1st Round (Al-Hobbit)
SoG and NJ were the only rescues all game. I could have rescued if Sauce had better advised me on who to convert, but he missed that Nathan had discarded a bunch of enhancements for a guy earlier. I blame him. 2-2

2nd Round (Nameless and The M)
This was a pretty difficult game. We were able to hold on just long enough to finally stop them. Sauce rescued with PoC without any more good dominants in his deck and they didn't block. Win. 5-2

3rd Round (MitchRobStew and Brandon Stewart)
Wow. This game was really intense. The defense didn't seem to be as strong as it was in past games, and I was nervous. We made a few mistakes (should have killed Lampy and Mayhem'd), but we pulled it out. 5-1.

1st: Al-Hobbit and Chobo
3rd: I don't know. Team Stewart, I think?

Nice job on your 1st place finish with an inferior deck. ;) If anyone can pilot Watchful Servant I know it's you. Sounds like MN States was a ton of fun. Wish I could have been there. :)
Have you visited the Land of Redemption today?

Nice to see defence rule in type 1.  Type 2 was pretty wide open also. Should be a great Nationals. Great job Andrew.

BTW, my brother's name is Spathas on the boards.
I'm just glad I didn't have to play you  ;)
ANB is good. Change my mind.
