Hey folks!
I'm hoping to go to Nats in a couple of weeks and I was interested in playing in a sealed event. I just have three questions:
1. Is it the same as the "Closed Deck" format?
2. How long will I be able to build my deck?
3. Is it okay if I bring some card sleeves to use at the event?

1. Yes. Sealed Deck and 2P-Closed Deck are the same.
2. You officially have 15 minutes to build your deck, but that limit is usually pretty lax.
3. Yes, sleeves are permitted (and encouraged).
