Minnesota would be great as it would be a way shorter drive for us folks in Canada
Knoxville is on the short list for 2019. I already have an application in hand from Chris to host Aug 1 - 3. I would not be able to make those dates as I will be in Lancaster, PA from July 28 to Aug 2nd. I don't need to be there but, I would hate to miss two Nationals in a row. I am inclined to move the dates to the weekend before or after if hosted in Knoxville.Another option (if we have a host) would be near Lancaster, PA or along I-81 between Chambersburg, PA and Johnson City, TN. Susan and I could catch Saturday Aug 3rd.Blessings,Rob

As the 25th Anniversary Nats, it would be cool it could start a couple of days early. You could spend those days focusing on legacy formats. Something likeTuesday: Redemption: the First Ten years (up through 10th Anniversary starters) T1-2P and T2-2P tournaments (morning) 10th Anniversary Sealed (afternoon)Wednesday: Redemption: Age of Tin (everything before 4th Edition starters) T1-2P and T2-2P tournaments (morning) FoOFster/RoAster draft (afternoon)Logistically this may not work out, but it would be a nice tribute if it could.
Even if it couldn't run for extra days I really like that idea! Maybe those could be the side events for the 25th anniversary (instead of Iron Man, garbage sealed, Type-half, etc).
I know myself and a few others were already hoping to go a day early so having side events on those days would be a nice bonus!
My wife and i love the sound of nats being 35 minutes from us. We will both be willing to help Fermi out as well.
