Minnesotan's are pretty legit like that, If you can't sleep at the church we've only got about 30 players with houses who you could convince *nudge nudge AocP nudge nudge* to let you sleep there.

With the way my finances are (especially during summer) I don't think I'll be able to afford going unless it's within a couple hours driving distance of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

*sad face*

Well, if a couple could be extended to 5 or 6, then the Twin Cities would be perfect for you too!
5 or 6 would be fine assuming I could find somewhere cheap to stay overnight (nationals is over several days usually, right?) as I wouldn't want to drive 10 hours each day of the tourney.

Nats is usually three days of tournament, (usually Thursday through Sunday) with the night before (Wednesday) often used as a night for fellowship/games as people come.

Depending on where in the TC it would be, if we are lucky enough to host it, you would probably be able to find cheap lodging. I know my church (one of the most likely locations) has often allowed people to stay overnight in the building for big tournaments (we've hosted several regionals and states there) but it often depends.

That said, let's just work on getting Nats to MN next year first. Because 5 years is far too long...

STAMP may be on to something here. Add to the list:

Pittsburgh Penguins as Stanley Cup Champions
North Carolina Tarheels as NCAA basketball Champions

and Jimmy Johnson about to wrap up another NASCAR title.

I guess that means the Florida Gators are going to win the NCAA football championship. Rats!

Sorry to bust your bubble, but the Penguins were absolutely the underdog to the Red Wings in the Stanley Cup this past year.  The Penguins had been atrocious previous to the last couple of years...

Oh and btw Boston 2010 Nats!
Gates of Hell is by far the best card in the game.  No questions asked.

The point was that traditional finalists made the cut, not the underdog teams that never make it. The Penguins and Red Wings both are long-time playoff teams. STAMP's point would have been disproven if the Coyotes had made it to the Stanley Cup.

Daniel loves talking in 3rd person. in that case, Daniel wants Nationals to be near Daniel's house somewhere in Maryland or Pensylvania. New York would be fine too*

Roy held Nationals back in 2006 I doubt he would get to host it again so soon.  I personally am hoping for Massachusetts to get it because that is probably the only location that I can hope to attend.

Roy would likely co-host a Nats in MA with John Micdahkdvoidhvnsfoivhjwsodhoha.

Funny thing...  On Bill O'Raily, they had the survey system that they usually have with these things.  The worst part of the night, according to those who took the live survey, was when he said that the worst is over :P.

considering that last year was the first ever in Cali, I would say the next time will be in the late 2020's or early 2030's
