Unless anyone has any (real strong) objections, let's go with T2 Progressive TEAMS.  That way we can control how long the fun lasts, you get to play the greatest variety of other players, and you get to bring a buddy along to provide a safety blanket in the midst of meeting new people.

So, find a partner and you will each bring a standard T2 deck.  Standard TEAMS rules except every so often we will pick up and move around the room.

At the tournament we can discuss what to do next year in either TEAMS with split decks or random deck assignment or...

We will start multi player at 7:00pm. If your arriving later than that you can join in when you get there.

Well the Type 2 Only survived its 7th year. We didn't set a new attendance record but did have 7 rounds of type 2-2 player, which I believe is a new word record for rounds of type 2 played in single tournament. Lots of good games and lots of deck variety, no one type dominated on offense or defense.

Because of the 7 rounds the top players got to play each other which resulted in no one being undefeated.

Favorite Moment - RDT realizing he played 7 rounds, arguing correctly why he should have third place and then finding out didn't get get any RNS points or prizes because it was just a local tournament.

Most improved player - Jonathan, Nathan and Noah Wagenthecht (will be a force in the future since they can play anytime they want at home, just like the Alstad's)

Most disappointing Finish - Craig "which deck should I use" Fountain dropped out of the top 10 after slowly climbing the leader board the last few years.

Longest distance traveled, Matt Sinclair - 30 hour bus ride from Pennsylvania (at this posting Matt is still on the bus)

I was using a Assyrian-Magician defense with an Isaiah-lite offense, fwiw. Ring Wraith was using a Lamenting deck.

I just imagined Westy's deck sitting at the deck check table, sobbing.
