Saturday, September 17th starting at approx 10 am. Hope to see a few of our Arkansas friends there. Morning session will include the 2 player events while the afternoon session will include the multi player events. Please let me know if you plan to attend. At the moment I believe Noah, Xavier, Drake, Noel, Shephen, Marcus maybe Ken and 2 friends and myself will be there.
Probably Jacob and CJ, too.

I'll be there, but Neeka probably won't.

Moderately high possibility I will be there :)

That would be great. So far there is only 1 Type 2 player coming for sure. Play Type 2 for a guaranteed prize. I'll play if no one else can or wants to. We have 2 sessions. Morning: @ Player games; pm multi player gms

I hope one of you TX guys can help me out with CJStormtrooper. (Actually, if one of you guys can get the cards that are owed and ship them to me for him I will gladly PM you my address.)

I haven't heard from him in about a month. I'll pass on the message if I see him.

As far as I know, only one player (Marcus) plans to play Type 2 2 player so...bring an extra t2 deck for a shot at a 1st-3rd place finish.

This is Adam from Arkansas, letting you know Kenneth and I are coming.
I'm trying something new so it may not do so well but it will be fun.

We have a Men's Breakfast at 8:30 am at The Life Church followed by the tournament. Please be my guests.

Thanks Ken and Adam for joing us. Six hours of driving each way to a District Tournament. Now, that's love of the game. You guys travelled so far so I guess the guys in our playgroup felt badly for you , hence Adam's second place finish in T1-2 Player and your T1-2 Player 3rd place finish. But then it was back to business, lol.
Congratulations to Stephen Bosher for his first tournament win. He eeked out a victory against Noah Johnson with Terry Markoff settled for 3rd place in Closed Deck.
Congratulations to Giovanny Aldana for winning his first tournament ever as he beat out four others in the T1-Multi event. There was a three way tie for second place as Joe Schaefer, Howard Brodale and C.J Jackson managed to score just enough points to make this the closest finish in 7 years.
Congratulations to Jacob Martinez, our resident T1 Champion (in TX), as he ventured into the world of Type 2 play. He won both T2 events. Marcus Parker picked up a second place and third place finish in the T2 events while Terry Markoff came in second in T2 Multi.
Booster Draft was hot as the new tins were played for the first time down here in Dallas. Marcus Parker placed first, Jacob Martinez placed second while Terry Markoff placed third.
We all had a great time fellowshipping, trading cards and just getting to know our Arkansas brother better. Thanks again Ken and Adam for joining us and giving our playgroup some real good competition.
Next on the agenda is a Local on Saturday, Oct 1st. Arkansas is also having a District that day. Good days are ahead for the SouthCentral Region.

Love playing in Dallas! These texans are tough to compete against. I always learn something new from the best in our region/nation. I look forward to playing again in another tournament in dallas. The players have some of the best hospitality around. I never felt like a stranger. Thanks for being such a blessing to us.
Next time, we wont go so easy on you! 8)

Bring it on! Love you guys and looking forward to our next encounters.

perhaps next time we will not have left LR at 3am too. :)
As of Sunday I live in Texarkana. I will be working Saturdays but I'll try to make it out as often as I can.
