I was just going to message Bill about this, but I figure that Nathan/Jordan/someone else in Minneapolis might be able to answer my question too.

What's the event schedule look like for MN State (if it's decided yet)? I tentatively plan to be there, but I'll be in and out rather than there the entire time, and I'm trying to figure out what categories I'll have to choose from.

For some reason I though I posted here, but perhaps I didn't.

I don't know anything for sure, but if the usual schedule applies, it would be something like this:

Friday Night: T2-MP and Sealed, ~5:00 PM-9:00 PM
Saturday Morning: T1-2P and T2-2P, ~9:00 AM-3:00 PM
Saturday Afternoon: TEAMS, T1-Multi, Booster, ~3:00 PM-6:30 PM

I don't imagine anything changing too much. Sealed could be switched with one of the Saturday afternoon events, but it would be unlikely, since it might be the most popular it's been since 2005.

The Hobbit is correct.

I will post details July 7th. Since Rawrlolsauce will be in attendance I will have to make some new and exciting plans for the tournament. We had dancing elephants once. If any body has any ideas let me know.

Will be a grand time, hopefully we will have the new cards to play with. But I too am sad that KoalakingoFA is sad about the date, he is getting near impossible to beat. Although I did give him a beat down at the type 2 only!!!!!

It was well deserved. I think his recent successes have been getting to his head. Nothing like a 50+ year old with kitten sleeves to teach him some humility.

So this is confirmed for July 19-20? I ask because  the cactus tournament page it says that it is on 18-19.

There is another local tournament on the 18th (the end of Bill's minicamp), so that might be confusing, but the State tourney is definitely 19-20.

ok its official pa is invading mn states ala me anybody available to pick me up at greyhound on the 19th etc like 4 pm ish then drop me off saturday night would be appreicated hopefully i can just sleep at the church friday night.

I will be finishing up our Mini camp so I won't be able to pick you up but pm me your bus information and cell phone # and I will make sure you get picked up. You can stay at the church on Friday night.
