Hey! This is Joe Blackwood, I'll be representing the church and the District Royal Rangers for the tournament. The church doesn't have sleeping quarters, however, it does have a gym attached to the facility we will be using and anyone who wishes to bring an air mattress would be more than welcome to find a corner and rest. There is a shower facility in each bathroom we can make available for those that are staying overnight. Additionally, anyone who has a camp or RV is welcome to park in the parking lot for the duration of the event.

I presume sleepover is only for Friday nite and not Saturday nite, correct?

That would be correct. The event is scheduled for the 23-24. If we need an overnight on Saturday, I'd need advanced noticed to get approval from Pastor and the Church Board.

I booked this hotel purely for its lowest price. You may get it at just around $43++ per night by signing up with Priceline soon, unless you already have an account. You could easily just split the cost with your roommates. Make sure to bring a twin air mattress to maximize occupancy to 5 but make sure to book a room with 2 beds and not just a king. Hotel is 9 minutes from the church venue.

Sorry this is coming in later than planned, but I wanted to give yall some of the hotel options available in town.

Super 8 by Wyndham Enid - Around $73
Ramada by Wyndham Enid - Around $62
Western Inn and Suites  - Around $95

These are some of the cheaper rates, there are others but they are all higher.

Another option that might be available would be to use AirBnB. I've seen some homes in Enid for $50 a night.
