Welcome to the Official Redemption® Message Board!
WELCOME TO ALL!! We have been out of the Redemption community for tooooo long. We used to host monthly locals and even held States (with much help from Roy!!) at our church. My son, Jadon, and I were already planning to come to Nats this year. We just could not pass up the chance to see some old friends since the tournament was so close to home (even closer now lol). As we were talking about the upcoming tournament, I mentioned that I would really like to get back into playing, pull together a play group and start hosting locals again, this time at our house instead of at church. (Our gaming space at church is no longer available and the house is set up way better anyway.) Jadon said he had been wanting to start back for some time now also. I thought perhaps at Nats God would guide us to finding some support to get started again. - - - Yea, I guess He didn’t want us to wait that long. (Josiah Beers has already been a great encouragement. I look forward to relearning Redemption with the help of his play group.) Funny how sometimes God speaks quietly and other times He is much more blunt. When Roy asked me if our church could be used for Nats, I knew our home was much better suited. I also knew without a doubt God was leading us to open our home for the Redemption community (He had already been pulling on my heart and the heart of my son.) Everything we have belongs to the Lord and we are to be good stewards of it. Several years ago we felt God calling us to a “season of hospitality”. (All of us are to be hospitable, but this was to be a life focus/ministry for us) Romans 12:13 says “Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.” (also 1 Tim 5:10, Heb 13:2, 3 Jn 1:8 and 1 Pet 4:9) We built our home to serve that ministry. Our house has been home to Bible study, Fellowship nights, and too many church/youth functions to count, including 4 months of church services when our church flooded. Now it is time for Redemption to have a home here for as long as God would lead. I NEVER THOUGHT He would kick it off with NATS though! It is TRULY our joy and honor to welcome all of you to our home. I am humbled as I see God’s leading unfold. I am SOOOO THANKFUL to serve a God who has everything in HIS hands. (And gives us a shove, every now and then, when we need it because we are moving too slow!) I look forward to seeing you all.Feel free to contact me with Venue, Meal or Lodging questions. dimaggiocrew@yahoo.com I will get back to you as soon as I can. Please be patient with me though, I am finishing up an apartment over my garage to house a friend in need moving in August 1. I will only be able to check emails in the evening and may not be able to get on every evening. I plan to have a meal schedule and cost by the end of next week so people can plan. God Bless,Mrs. Ginger DiMaggio(aka RedemptionMom)
I'm pretty sure we don't require decklists for sealed and booster.
For Booster, does drafting start at 8am or 9am?
