Sounds balmy. Schools here don't close until it gets to at least -30C (-22F).

I think adding G/H will provide for more variety and strategy as opposed to every game being an I/J vs I/J matchup. We may end up seeing one pairing do much better than the other but it's just for fun after all. I would even be willing to let each team pick its pairing initially and see if it doesn't split pretty evenly.

We had one tournament where we used C/D, E/F and G/H.  C/D actually held their own.

In my experiences, I/J kill all the other decks with all the Ruth banding and high numbers of the angels.

Except we would be mixing them so each team would have G/I or H/J.

Would anyone have extra decks or extra TEC cards for borrowing? I might come but I don't have many copies of TEC cards for a deck.

You might be able to still hold your own without TEC.

My T2 deck doesn't have a single TEC card in it.

Probably could add at least a couple (like Shipwreck) but I just don't use it very often so I haven't really had a chance to playtest it.

I use shipwreck a lot, it can be used as a good card sometimes too (just like you can use Grapes as an evil end the battle ability).

So, I guess if we're going to do Sealed Teams we're going to need to figure out a splittable prize... One signed Buckler promo seems like it'd be hard to split, especially if someone gets a Haman's Gallows.

Well since it is a local tournament, I will donate 2 TEC packs for the first place prize. If others would like to donate to the prize package, that would be cool. Maybe Bill would be willing to give each winning team member one entry in the Grand Prize drawing?

That's not a Faithful Servant from The Hobbit by chance, is it? 

They are all signed by the Hobbit. They are rarer than the Woman Error cards. There is only 2 Goliath's, 2 Daniel's, 5 Faithful Servant's and 1Buckler in existence.

Yes, but then they are not worth anything.  This is why the government does not print all the money it can make.  He wouldn't do that, that would be silly.

I am sorry to announce that the 3 members of the Maly family will be unable to make it this year, as Tim will be in a friend's wedding in Iowa on March 14th. (Yes, they chose their wedding date based on Pi Day). I was hoping it would be scheduled earlier like it has been the last few years because we will be coming to the Cities next weekend since I will be on Spring Break.
