What happened to the Montana players?

It seems like Montana's player base is dead. Theres no tournaments there. I'm considering hosting my own tourny up here in Alberta (CANADA). Got any suggestions?

That last link was a doozy. I'm gonna be up late thinking about possiblities... Thanks a ton! (now if only montana would host some tournies)
