I want to change out my 9 sleeve binders into the smaller 4 sleeve binders, the ring bound. The ones in which you can buy refills. The hobby shop I play at doesn't carry them yet and over the weekend I went to another store to see if they had them and found nothing but the refills. I called about 4 other stores and visited wal-mart & target and found nothing twice. Someone suggested I try an arts & crafts store and look at the stationaries and yet found nothing in two stores! Ah, what a challenge! One of the hobby store owners told me that distributors don't make them anymore. So does anybody know where maybe I can buy them online? Ultra-Pro doesn't carry them anymore either. Boo to this!!
