This site still lists him as a collaborating artist, so there's a decent chance that contacting them: wvartists@worldvision.org, 1-800-852-1486 might result in someone getting you in touch with him. Alternatively, I'm guessing if you PM/Email Rob (CactusRob on the boards, or cactusrob@frontier.com) he might be able to help you out.
