Hey, serious question... now that I'm 18, what are the specific rights I have now that I did not have before? What are the new things I can do?

Let us see:

You can get lung cancer legally through smoking now,
You can go to real jail instead of juvi,
If you're not driving yet, you can go straight to the test without the classes (at least in CA),
You can join the military,
You can be drafted (though don't hold your breath),
You can vote,
You can do a ton of stuff not without your parents consent.

I'm sure there's more but I can't think of them right now

O yeah,

You can host a tournament on your own (the most important one )

go to clubs

Not all clubs, only the 18+ ones.  He'll still need a fake ID to get into the 21+ ones.

As an emancipated adult, you can do basically everything not restricted to 21 and over.  Which means you can also apply for credit without a co-signer, get married, work a full-time job for full-time pay and benefits, etc etc.

You have the right to still be called a teenager.

Anywy, umm I cant think of anything restricted to 21 and over except alcohol? And probably gambling?

oooo car rentals... Lol. Being 18 feels weird. I also lose some of my rights as a minor

Minors have rights? Since when?

Minors can return whatever stuff they buy in whatever condition, for the full price, as long as it is unnecessary (this does not include food)

You have the right to remain silent.......oh, wait....everyone has that right.
